Upon receiving your purchase, we recommend closely inspecting the items delivered to ensure that the items match those listed on your order confirmation. You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for an item that has been incorrectly delivered or for any item with a major defect and/or has been damaged in transit, so long as your claim is made within a reasonable period of time after the item has been delivered. Should you experience an issue with the body or motor of your machine within 2 years of your date of purchase, you may be entitled to a warranty claim. Please review our Warranty Policy for further information and contact your closest Authorised Service and Warranty Agent; details available from the Stockists and Servicing section of our website.
Please note, this claim form is only applicable to those items purchased through the Pacvac online store. If you wish to make a claim for an item that was not purchased through Pacvac’s online store, please contact your place of purchase.
Items must be returned in the condition received by you with all original accessories and / or manuals.

The following items must be included with your returned package:
- Return address clearly listed on the outside of the package.
- Order number clearly listed on the outside of package.
- A printed copy of the proof of purchase.
- The original copy of your Australia Post receipt.
