We wish for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and pride ourselves on delivering quality products. With this in mind, we recommend you read our Refund and Returns Policy prior to making your purchase.
This Refund and Returns Policy is applicable to purchases made from https://pacvac.com only. For any other refunds or returns, please contact your place of purchase.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds and replacements will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the items cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Refunds and Returns
We recommend you immediately inspect any items that we deliver to you to ensure that the items match those listed on your order confirmation.
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for an item that has been incorrectly delivered or for any item with a major defect and / or has been damaged in transit, so long as your claim is made within a reasonable period of time after the item has been delivered.
Note, you are responsible for arranging the return of the items as per the conditions set out in this policy and will be liable for the associated expenses. Whereby the claim is approved by Pacvac, you will be eligible for a full refund for freight expenses incurred provided the item(s) are returned via standard delivery with Australia Post and the original Australia Post receipt is included within the returned package.
Items must be returned in the condition received by you with all original accessories and / or manuals.
How to Make a Claim
A refund and / or replacement claim can be made via completing the Refund and Returns Form on our website.

The following items must be included with your returned package:
• Return address clearly listed on the outside of the package.
• Order number clearly listed on the outside of the package.
• A printed copy of the proof of purchase.
• The original copy of your Australia Post receipt.

Processing Your Request
If all items received match the requirements of this policy, the refund or replacement will be actioned based on your preferences outlined in your completed Refund and Returns Form.
If the returned items are deemed to fall outside of the requirements outlined in the policy, the items will be returned to you at your expense.
